Unlike other services that charge per page, line, or minute of dictation, MD Transcriptions charges per hour of transcription, not dictation. This can save you hundreds of dollars!

For example:
10 minutes of dictated material typically takes about 50 minutes to transcribe; however, this can be completed much sooner if your dictation is clear and concise. Alternatively, if the dictation is unclear, mumbled, of poor quality, or contains excessive background noise, the equivalent 10 minutes of dictation could take up to 2.5 hours! This leaves you in complete control of keeping your costs down.

Using digital dictation equipment assists with keeping costs down as well; if we have to pick up or courier projects, the costs must be absorbed by the client. However, it takes just a moment to upload the digital files.

We do not charge extra for 'Rush' jobs, as MD Transcriptions guarantees to have your documents completed within 24 hours (with very few exceptions ~ contact us for details).
